Position: We're looking for individuals, preferably with previous experience as roofing, siding, or window sales representatives, who consistently meet or exceed targets. Role and Responsibilities: • Conduct inspections and sales presentations with prospective clients • Properly prepare for appointments by building proposals, understanding the sales process, and anticipating objections. • Coordinate with the production team for a seamless transition post-sale. • Follow up with past clients and prospect new ones to maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Qualifications and Education Requirements: • 1 years of experience in roofing, siding, or window sales a plus. • Experience working with insurance claims a plus. • Must not be afraid of heights and be able to climb a ladder. • A valid license and vehicle are required. • Cellphone with hotspot required Skills: • Relentless desire for self improvement and winning. • Exceptional communication. • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. • Ability to close deals.
