Summary As a Sales & Reservations Manager at American Transportation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless booking experiences for our clients. This position is vital to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and operational excellence. Responsibilities • Oversee the reservations team and processes to ensure efficient booking and customer satisfaction. • Manage customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy. • Collaborate with operations to optimize fleet utilization based on reservations. • Train and supervise reservation staff to maintain high service standards. • Analyze booking trends to improve service offerings and operational efficiency. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience. • Work with the marketing department to expand the brand name and maximize client outreach • Provide executive staff with suggestions and proposals to ensure maximum bookings and vehicle utilization are achieved Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or reservations management, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry. • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with general reservations etiquette • Leadership skills with a focus on team development and training.
