Sales Support Associate Plymouth Meeting, PA | On-Site | Temp-to-Hire $29–$35 per hourPosition Summary Our client is seeking adriven and detail-oriented Sales Support Associateto deliver high-quality customer-facing documentation that supports sales goals and ensures accuracy and compliance. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in equipment finance or leasing.What You’ll Do • Manage all aspects of the transactional workflow from application submission through completion. • Work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team. • Evaluate situations, identify solutions, and implement them with limited guidance. • Partner with vendors, dealers, and sales teams to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service. • Conduct filings and reviews, including lien, suits and judgment searches, and UCC filings. • Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members.What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • Experience in equipment finance and leasing with mid- to large-ticket documentation. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Familiarity with legal language; ability to draft correspondence, basic legal documents, and reports is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Why This Role? • Competitive pay of $29–$35 per hour. • Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. • Hands-on role with impact across the full sales documentation process. • Collaborative environment where accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction are highly valued.Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
