Sales Support Coordinator

Wurth USA is currently hiring for a Sales Support Coordinator for our Ramsey location!The perfect fit for this position will have excellent organizational skills, effective communication and strong analytical mindset and knowledge of the automotive aftermarket. Microsoft Office knowledge is required and SAP knowledge is a plus.

What you will do:

• Timely review of National Sales Directors business correspondence
• Timely compilation of graphs, reports, and other presentation materials for management meetings
• Timely follow up communication with sales and internal management upon request of National Sales Director
• Timely and accurate typing and distribution of National Sales Director and if necessary, other Manager's correspondence
• Timely scheduling and booking of travel arrangements, and accommodations for the National Sales Director
• Coordinate & enter monthly expenses
• Timely booking of meeting rooms and accommodations
• Accurately track the development of special projects as requested by National Sales Director
• Act as an internal point of contact for the Fleet Department

What you will need:

• College graduate (A.A.S. or Bachelor's Degree)
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP software is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem solver and able to create solutions in an expedient manner
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong Powerpoint skills
