Responsibilities • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. • Conduct sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in the sales administration process. • Negotiate terms of sale and handle customer inquiries regarding products and services. • Provide information on benefits administration related to products, including insurance sales when applicable. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. • Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. • Familiarity with benefits administration and insurance sales is advantageous but not required. • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
