As ourSales Support Representative, you’ll be the engine behind customer satisfaction and sales success - connecting clients to wireless solutions that truly fit their needs. We specialize in creating and executing customer outreach campaigns for our biggest client, Verizon. The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for implementing these campaigns, while upholding the utmost standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism that makes us stand out from the competition.
Core Duties of the Sales Support Representative:
• Engage directly with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend tailored Verizon solutions
• Drive product sales through consultative conversations, upselling, and cross-selling
• Serve as a frontline resource for clients, resolving inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
• Support the sales team with backend coordination, order processing, and account setup
• Track performance metrics and contribute to team goals with precision and enthusiasm
• Stay current on Verizon products, promotions, and competitive positioning
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance protocols with integrity

Pay: $47,279.32 - $56,938.54 per year
