JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days/week in the office.
Support UL's sales professionals in all administrative processes, including quote generation, order processing and booking, post-sales customer service support and anywhere else administrative assistance is required. Applies their experience and knowledge to identify any and resolve problems and work toward continuous process improvement.

Applies their experience and knowledge to identify any and resolve problems and work toward continuous process improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engages with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries for the purpose of taking orders, order fulfilment, or admin-related post-sales activities
- Under moderate supervision, develops and shares quotes for specified categories of leads using standardized pricing tools
- Processes orders into the ERP after quote acceptance, ensures clients receive follow-up of sent quotes and assists in turning quotes into orders
- Supports account managers and owners by performing administrative-related tasks
- Works with customer to get agreements such as GSAv2 and L37's signed and uploaded into Oracle Contracts Workbench
- Tracks previous orders and supplies data from internal data sources when directed by account owners and representatives to facilitate deeper knowledge of accounts and account opportunities
- Supports on post-sale inquiries that are received through either phone, email, or contact us form submissions with respect to invoicing, multiple listing, name/address changes, file transfers, myUL support queries, FUS estimates, file/volume withdrawals, reinstatements, alternate listing, Product iQ support etc.
- The target annual pay range for this position is $47,300 - $49,500 which includes a base salary of $43,000-45,000 and 100% on target performance. Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 10% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of Consultative Sales experience and/or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication and administrative skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software (Salesforce CRM preferred)
- Business acumen and a solid understanding of full lifecycle sales processes
- Able to effectively multitask and complete work in a timely manner
