Note: The schedule for this role is in the office for one week once a month on the second/third week of the month, preferably before the 20th of each month. This role will require you to be in the office for 5 days.

We are seeking a Sales Tax Accountant (Accountant, Tax) who will be responsible for ensuring compliance obligations are efficient, on time, and accurate, while minimizing the company’s sales tax liabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file sales and use tax returns from Vertex for multiple states, to comply with state and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Accounting preferred), CPA helpful

• 3-5 years of multi-state sales tax accounting experience

• Experience researching tax rules and regulations for products and services.

• Proficiency with Vertex Returns, or similar tax management systems required.

• Oracle and Tableau experience a plus

• Strong Excel skills are required
