Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Team Member to join our growing team. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in-person, identifying their needs, and offering the best communication solutions to meet those needs. Your goal will be to enroll new customers by building relationships, educating them on our products and services, and driving sales performance.
Sales Team Member Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Team Members approach, engage, and build relationships with potential customers in person.
• Educate customers on Frontier's products and services, including high-speed internet, TV, phone services, and other communication solutions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best service packages to fit those needs.
• Persuasively present and enroll new customers in Frontier's services while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Communicate current promotions and special offers to customers, highlighting the benefits of Frontier's services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the system, ensuring timely reporting of sales progress. Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitive trends to the management team.
• Work closely with other Sales Team Members to meet sales goals and foster a positive working environment.
Sales Team Member Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Sales Team Member or in retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 2 years of completed coursework is preferred.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,200.00 per month
