Sales Technician (HVAC)

Job Summary: You'll perform in-home tune ups, diagnose HVAC issues, and recommend system upgrades/replacements. You must be technically proficient, personable, and motivated to close sales while delivering outstanding service. Benefits • 8-10% commission on unit sales • Company vehicle and gas card • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Career growth opportunities • Hiring immediately Responsibilities • Conduct HVAC system inspections and diagnostics. • Educate customers on repair vs. replacement options. • Present proposals and sell HVAC products and services. • Maintain strong client relationships. • Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure job completion. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Qualifications • 4+ years of verifiable HVAC experience (sales and/or technical). • EPA Certification is REQUIRED. • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and components. • Proven sales experience in residential or commercial HVAC. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
