Job Description:
DTN recently implemented Salesforce CPQ and is embarking on a digital journey to transform our customer service operations. As we build out Salesforce and integrate AI-powered workflows, we seek a Salesforce Administrator to manage and support our expanding platform. Join us to deliver end-to-end Salesforce CRM solutions and support our growth initiatives.
What you will be responsible for:

Salesforce production support with an emphasis on Salesforce best practices and scalability for future growth

Delivers complex end to end Salesforce CRM solutions including, but not limited to Service & Sales cloud specific features/functionality

Collaborates on key Salesforce projects to determine business alignment, needs, and system requirements

Participates in solution design, research, decision-making and testing
-
Tracks work progress/status, identifies risks/constraints and shares/escalates issues as necessary
-
Effectively applies critical thinking to understand and solve problems, makes well thought-out decisions to quickly and positively create results

Troubleshoots and resolves advanced user issues as they arise
What you will bring to the role:
-
Experience with Salesforce, preferably as an administrator
-
Sales/Service cloud experience is a plus
-
CPQ/Billing Configuration is a plus
-
Einstein for Service is a plus
-
Strong problem solving, documentation and communication skills

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 32,083 and PHP 45,833 monthly. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
