Job Description
As a key member of the Sales Operations team, the Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, day-to-day configuration, and maintenance of the Company’s Salesforce instance and associated applications. The individual in this role will collaborate with key internal stakeholders on user experiences and deliver solutions to increase operational efficiencies and adoption of best practices.Â
Responsibilities
- Serve as system administrator for the Company's Salesforce environment, while ensuring optimal performance through regular updates, internal system audits, and overall data stewardship.
- Oversee all aspects of user and license management including new user setup, deactivation, roles and profiles, and permissions.Â
- Perform customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, and workflows to serve Company needs.
- Collaborate with the IT team in areas of data integrations, compliance, and technical configurations that are part of the Company’s enterprise applications.
- Work with the Sales Operations leadership to scope new business solutions and develop a quarterly roadmap of enhancements.
- Participate in cross-functional planning that addresses strategic business needs across departments (Client Services, Marketing, BI, Product, and more) and align business processes with Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to build reports and dashboards to visualize key business metrics.
- Build and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and help-related materials for all users; provide internal end-user training.
- Oversee onboarding of user groups and provide regular end-user training to support adoption of system processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration with hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, preferably in a high-growth B2B environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder Certifications desired
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
- Knowledge and experience with 3rd party tools and systems integrated with Salesforce specifically Salesloft and ZoomInfo. Definitive Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with key stakeholders across the organization to manage expectations and timelines.

Compensation for this role for a candidate based in Colorado is expected to be between $101,000 and $121,500, and for a candidate based in NYC to be between $119,000 and $143,000. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on geographic locations, skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
