As a Salesforce Administrator on our RevOps team, you will collaborate closely with our Go-To-Market teams to ensure optimal performance of our Salesforce instance and interconnected tech infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, configuring systems, and providing exceptional support to ensure seamless operations.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into advanced technical solutions using Salesforce functionalities such as flows, approvals, process automation, and custom object creation.
- Perform comprehensive administrative tasks, including creating and managing accounts and profiles, defining fields, maintaining drop-down list values, and continuously improving the overall user experience.
- Take responsibility for ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce.com, including data updates, deduplication, importing and exporting records, and ongoing maintenance across the organization.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com to provide valuable business insights for Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and other departments.
- Provide prompt and efficient support to end users, addressing and resolving complex Salesforce.com issues as they arise.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them within the organization.
- Share your expertise with the team by conducting user training sessions and creating comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the Rev Ops Systems and Tools team to execute configuration changes, and actively monitor system configuration and controls.
- Embrace personal growth opportunities and leverage the guidance and mentorship of experienced professionals within the organization. As the business expands, strive to grow alongside it.

An Ideal Candidate Has:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce aficionado
- Hands-on Experience with CPQ and/or Salesforce Experience cloud, and Salesforce flows
- Salesforce Certifications; Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201), Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM-211), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- A curious mindset and a love for creative problem-solving
- Stellar communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Comprehension of a SAAS business model Â
- A self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and growing
- Agile development experience
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer operations

We’ll Be Extra Excited If You Have::
- Experience administering other RevOps technologies like Docusign CLM, Zendesk, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChurnZero, Pardot, Tableau, Netsuite, etc.
- Salesforce APEX development experience
- Industry experience in healthcare or life sciences
- A wicked sense of humor
