Salesforce Architect (SFDC)

As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our IT department is hiring a SFDC Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical architecture and strategy for Salesforce implementations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions that meet the unique requirements of our stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform capabilities, strong technical acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust.
• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations, to meet business requirements.
• Lead the implementation of Salesforce CPQ, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
• Provide expert guidance on product modeling and CPQ best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices and solution design.
• Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and technologies and evaluate their potential impact on existing and future implementations.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Clouds.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ capabilities, best practices and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with web services integrations via REST API
• Experience with Salesforce development tools and methodologies such as Salesforce DX, source control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Salesforce Advanced Administration Certification (CRT-211), or CPQ specialist certification, or Salesforce Developer certification (Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I/II) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  The base pay scale for this position is $135,800 to $168,800. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors.
