The Salesforce Systems Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing business support and guidance in domains of Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, ServiceMax, Oracle EBS and other Marketing, Sales, Service and ERP tools.

This position is part of the Information Technology Operations Applications Administration Team located in Brea, CA and will be remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the IT team and report to the Senior Manager of Business Applications responsible for proactively identifying areas for improvements and introducing innovations, factoring in customer needs, external approaches, data analytics and industry best practices. Establishing a requirements strategy for projects, managing projects, supporting production issues, managing vendor/system releases, and actively managing delivery based on user priorities are also critical. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to transform evolving requirements into working applications that meet the business and usability needs
• Provide daily support to end users including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis
• Lead user acceptance testing, identify testers, create test cases and conduct test execution
• Understand integration points with other systems that interface with the application, evaluate and minimize ripple effects
• Support Marketing, Sales and Service projects and initiatives

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent, with 2+ years of relevant work experience OR a Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent with 0+ years of experience
• One or more cloud certifications: Sales, Service, Marketing, Community, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ or equivalent
• SFDC knowledge: Salesforce admin knowledge, data model, sharing and security architecture, various salesforce cloud OOB capabilities

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Agile experience
• Oracle EBS (Service Contracts, Installed Base and Spares Management)
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with geographically dispersed team members (including offshore teams)

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
