Your role:
As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose, and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required:

• Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions
• Expertise in Salesforce Solutioning using various industries cloud capabilities.
• Primal focus on Solution designing, Integration Design and Implementations.
• Good knowledge of salesforce force.com, including declarative and programmatic capabilities.
• Strong experience in consulting, supervising intricate projects, and providing clients with customized solutions that consider best practices, product capabilities, and salesforce industry solutions.
• Solution designing, implementing and managing end to end salesforce solution.
• Hands on experience Salesforce Integration Capabilities and Platform Integration best practices.
• Knowledge about Programmatic Best Practices, Salesforce compliance, Data Standards and Service designs
• Strong Understanding and knowledge of salesforce security model, Data model and Integration Patterns.
• Hands on experience in developing complex solutions using APEX, LWC, Triggers and other programmatic tools.
• Knowledge about Various Project management processes and methodologies.
• Collaboration with various stakeholders and managing expectation of various stakeholders.
• Knowledge about various Software life cycle tools like Jira, Confluence etc.
• Understanding requirement documenting the requirement and translate to technical solutions.
• Knowledge on technical design documentation, high level design document etc.
• Conducting workshops and demos to present design and solutions.
• With the goal to suggest innovations and improve the current solution, continuous improvement involves learning about Salesforce releases, features, and industry advancements.
• A team player who can mentor and educate junior developers on Salesforce best practices.
• Below are mandatory certifications

o Salesforce Admin
o Salesforce PDI
o Salesforce Platform App Builder
o Salesforce Sales Consultant or
o Salesforce Service Consultant or
o Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant or
o Salesforce Industries certified
Preferred:

• Salesforce various System and Application Architectural knowledge
• Knowledge about AI capabilities of salesforce
• Knowledge about CPQ, Data cloud, marketing cloud, Analytics or Industries cloud.
• Knowledge about Release management processes, development lifecycle and respective tools at various SDLC lifecycle.
• Salesforce Certified system and application architect
