Job Summary:

M&S Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer & Consultant with expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Salesforce CDP) to help design develop and optimize data solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Data Cloud strong experience in data integrations and a consultative approach to engaging with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion transformation and activation.

• Build and manage data pipelines ensuring seamless integration between Data Cloud and other Salesforce clouds (Sales Service Marketing and Field Service).

• Develop data models identity resolution strategies and harmonization techniques to create a unified customer profile.

• Implement AI-driven analytics segmentation and audience activation within Data Cloud.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide scalable solutions.

• Optimize performance and scalability of data ingestion from multiple sources including APIs CRM systems and third-party data providers.

• Ensure data governance security and compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Provide technical consulting and advisory services to clients helping them maximize the value of their Data Cloud investment.

• Lead and support Data Cloud proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations for clients.

• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases Data Cloud enhancements and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and consulting with a focus on Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).

• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture data modeling and integrations.

• Hands-on experience with ETL tools data transformation and cloud-based data platforms.

• Proficiency in APEX SOQL SQL and data query languages.

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customer 360 MuleSoft and/or Tableau is a plus.

• Familiarity with AWS Google Cloud or Azure data services for enterprise data integrations.

• Strong knowledge of data governance privacy and security best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving communication and client-facing skills.

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification (or equivalent experience) is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent work experience).
