Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Developer (Consultant/Architect) with deep expertise in Salesforce configurations including Flows integrations and data analysis. Proficiency in key Salesforce certifications like Administrator Advanced Administration and Platform App Builder is a must. Experience in manufacturing construction or fulfillment industries is valued along with familiarity with ServiceMax integration. Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce solutions using declarative tools including Flows sharing rules and process builder to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights to drive informed decision-making within the organization.

• Build and maintain Salesforce apps to streamline business processes and enhance user experience leveraging Platform App Builder expertise.

• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Salesforce configuration and development ensuring alignment with industry standards and business objectives.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates on project progress and offer suggestions for improvements or optimizations.

• Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates new features and emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical skills and contribute to innovation within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration with a focus on declarative tools and processes.

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Flows integrations and data analysis with a track record of successful implementations in US companies.

• Experience in the manufacturing construction or fulfillment industries is preferred.

• Familiarity with ServiceMax integration is a plus.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to understand requirements propose creative solutions and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in English both written and verbal is mandatory.

• Experience with US companies.
