Salesforce Developer – Multiple Positions. Develops and maintains Force.com applications as well as documents supporting the applications. Troubleshoots end-user issues and performs programming activities to address programming errors or potentially needed enhancements; Achieves personal, team and organizational goals by meeting or exceeding agreed upon team commitment deadlines, anticipating and communicating potential technical or business risks, applying experience and knowledge to new assignments, becoming proficient in pertinent toolsets; Ensures that assigned platforms are kept current and platform risks are documented, communicated, and addressed in a timely manner; Works closely with external vendors as well as internal customers; Records, tracks and resolves detailed business and technical issues; Works within a small team to respond quickly to user requests which involves reviewing request and providing functional evaluations on possible solutions; Maintains a repository of all project work for IT review; Stays current with CRM tools available through the CRM developer portal; Acts as Model Office/Quality Assurance liaison whenever necessary as related to new functionality rollout; Available to provide on-call support after hours and on weekends as necessary. Provides trending and related support as needed; Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned. The position utilized the following technologies and platforms: Salesforce.com, Data Loader, Integrations, Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce, Batch Apex, Salesforce integrations using Rest API, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components HTML, CSS, Java Script and GitHub, Sales Cloud, Data Migration, Custom Reports, Dashboards. Requirements: Bachelor Science degree in in Computer Systems, Computer Applications, Computer Science; or related field or foreign degree equivalent.; 3 years progressively responsible work experience as Senior Software Developer, Salesforce Developer, Technical Architect or combination; 3 years of work experience must include work with Salesforce.com, Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Rest API, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, Reports, and Dashboards. Must report to the office for a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 5 days during the work week.
