Job Description

Smartly.io has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce leader to head up our CRM team! The ideal candidate will have a mix of exposure as a Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Solutions Architect. You are comfortable working closely with collaborators from across sales, customer success, revenue operations and finance/billing to design solutions that are efficient and optimized towards our business goals.

To be successful in this role you should have a strong attention to detail and a passion for working with technology to drive business success and be comfortable in a fast paced environment. You should also be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, as well have experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.

As the Salesforce Lead at Smartly.io you will…
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with the organization's business objectives and goals
  • Lead, mentor and encourage your team which includes a Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements which will involve leading Salesforce projects like a potential rebuild of our instance, rolling out a new opportunity object, streamlined commercial processes and revenue schedules
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Lead data quality, integrity and integrations in Salesforce and with external systems
  • Collaborate with Billing, Finance, RevOps to ensure data accuracy
  • Continuously look for ways to optimize and improve the Salesforce system and its usage within the organization.
  • Handle and maintain Salesforce licenses and subscriptions
  • Develop and maintain the Salesforce road-map, including the identification of new features and functionalities that align with the organization's business objectives.
  • Lead and maintain the data architecture, including data governance, data migration, and data integration
  • Run and maintain the security architecture, including user access, roles, profiles, and sharing rules
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
We are looking for you if you…
  • Have extensive Salesforce Admin or Salesforce Enterprise Architect experience, 5+ years
  • Have experience managing a team, at least 2 years
  • Possess excellent business insight and understanding of Saas based business
  • Are a strong analytical problem solver with declarative configuration skills
  • Have a solid understanding of Salesforce admin and customization, data management and reporting
  • Are a proactive self-starter with a willingness to research and learn
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills (verbal, written and listening) and good interpersonal skills at all levels of business
  • Have experience with native API integrations
It’s a plus if you have..
  • Experience working in adtech or martech
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
  • Salesforce Architect certification is a plus

The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual’s background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary. In addition to annual salary, Smartly.io’s total rewards provide employees with stock options, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings benefits, parental leave, 5+ weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, life insurance and disability benefits.
