Join us, and be part of something wonderful.Essential Duties: As a key member of our Salesforce team, you’ll: • Design, develop, and implementcustom Salesforce solutionsusing APEX, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and more. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into smart, scalable technical solutions. • Build and maintainsecure integrationsbetween Salesforce and other enterprise platforms. • Participate inevery phaseof the software development lifecycle—including requirement analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help deliver incremental value usingAgile and LeSSmethodologies. • Write clean, testable code and contribute to automated testing efforts to ensure quality and security. • Document architecture and processes for transparency and sustainability. • Work closely with senior engineers and architects to align with enterprise standards and best practices. • Stay ahead of the curve by recommending improvements based on evolvingSalesforce trends and capabilities. • Support the health of our applications through CI/CD pipeline contributions andproduction environment monitoring.Education & Experience: The ideal candidate will have an intermediate to advanced level of experience in Salesforce development (APEX, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL) and Salesforce integrations. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, agile environments and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Certificates & Licenses: • Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or Architect certification desired. A commitment to pursuing these certifications is also welcome!Preferred Skills: • Experience in financial services or regulated industries. • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud. Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
