The Role:
The Salesforce Systems Administrator position will have primary responsibility for the configuration, administration, and end user training and support for the Salesforce system. You will work closely with third party vendors to ensure that the CRM functioning at is optimal level. The Salesforce Administrator reports to the Digital Technology and Operations Director and works closely with other members of the Technology and Operations Team.
The Salesforce Systems Administrator position will have primary responsibility for the HybridOperations Team.

- Creating and managing long-term goals. Ensuring goals are met in areas defined by the business unit.
- Manages Salesforce and related applications including configuration, integrations, reports, dashboards, workflows, and user access permissions.
- Handles both basic administrator functions for Salesforce, as well as complex data management operations, including the preparation of reports for members.
- Support, maintain, and enhance multiple Salesforce orgs (Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Custom Objects, Education Data Architecture, Flows, Reports, Dashboards, etc.)
- Support, maintain, and enhance multiple Form Assembly forms, including Salesforce Connector and workflows
- Support, maintain, and configure third-party services integrated with Salesforce
- Interact and collaborate with vendors on larger upgrades and improvement projects
- Collaborate with web and apps teammates on system integrations and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Pantheon, Vagrant, Docker, WAF)
- Test, provide quality assurance for, troubleshoot, resolve and create documentation for Salesforce orgs (technical and customer-facing)
- Use AGILE and DevOps practices (Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, New Relic, Sentry)
- Working closely with Digital Innovation, Information Systems team and organization stakeholders to evaluate, scope, and complete improvement requests for Salesforce.
- Makes recommendations for how Salesforce can be better utilized to support changing business and technical requirements.
- Documents the system configuration and tasks sufficiently to support long-term sustainability.
- Assists with end user training on system basics.
- Remains engaged with vendors and user communities and pursues related learning opportunities to remain current on the platform’s technical capabilities and related best practices.
You may be fit for this role if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce, including Salesforce Financial Services Cloud administration experience.
- Have a Salesforce Administrator certification or a strong desire to complete.
- Exhibit a customer-service approach to serving members and colleagues.
- Have deep understanding of building and maintaining object models and data models.
- Bring strong communication skills including relationship-building, the ability to manage up and across, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly for a non-technical audience.
- Are committed to quality work; the ability to think critically and creatively; dependable initiative and good judgement.
- Are comfortable working in sprints in a highly collaborative, rapidly changing environment.
- Have the flexibility to handle multiple tasks at once and shift priorities.
- Are able to work some evenings and weekends as necessary.
Location: Hybrid Position- 2 days per week average in our Columbus, OH, Boston offices.Â
