As an SAP Solution Manager Consultant you will be responsible for managing monitoring and supporting the SAP landscape using SAP Solution Manager. You will act as the bridge between business processes and IT solutions ensuring that SAP systems are implemented configured and maintained according to business requirements. You will also provide guidance on SAP best practices and drive process improvements across the organization.
▪ SAP Basis Experience not lower than Four Years.
▪ Expertise in SAP Basis including system installation upgrades and performance tuning.
▪ Designing and implementing SAP solutions security plans & strategies for an organization.
▪ Provide guidance to development teams and oversee the implementation process to ensure successful delivery of the SAP solution.
▪ Experience with SAP Monitoring tools and techniques
▪ In-depth knowledge of Designing high available and disaster recovery scenarios.
▪ In-depth knowledge of SAP applications and system landscapes including the ability to configure monitor and troubleshoot SAP systems.
▪ In-depth knowledge of Operating System (Linux/Unix/Windows).
▪ Familiarity with SAP HANA SAP Fiori and other SAP modules.
▪ Sybase knowledge and experience.
▪ Designs the overall structure of the SAP system including modules interfaces and integration points.
▪ Ensure that the solution aligns with industry’s best practices and meets security and performance requirements.
▪ Smooth functioning of SAP applications databases and servers by performing tasks such as system installation configuration monitoring performance tuning and troubleshooting handle user management security administration system upgrades and patches.
▪ Effective documentation skills to maintain clear and organized records of system configurations changes and processes.
▪ Ability to provide guidance to development teams and oversee the implementation process to ensure successful delivery of the SAP solution.
▪ Define user roles and permissions implement user provisioning and deprovisioning processes & Monitor user activity and identify suspicious behavior.
▪ Evaluate the current security posture of SAP systems.
▪ Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Solution Manager & Administration:
▪Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager landscapes (SOLMAN setup system landscape LMDB SLD).
▪Ensure proper integration of SAP systems with Solution Manager for efficient monitoring and documentation.
▪Maintain and update system documentation business process hierarchies and solution documentation.
▪Change Control Management:
▪Manage the SAP transport landscape using ChaRM (Change Request Management).
▪Coordinate SAP transports system upgrades patches and support package stacks.
▪Ensure proper authorization versioning and audit compliance of changes.
Project & Implementation Support:
▪Support SAP implementation projects by creating and managing project documentation test plans and process workflows.
▪Assist functional and technical teams in SAP project phases including blueprinting testing and go-live.

Strong knowledge of SAP Solution Manager modules: ChaRM ITSM Test Suite Solution Documentation System Monitoring.

Understanding of SAP landscapes including S/4HANA BI/BW and SAP Fiori.
