SAP EIM Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an SAP Specialist you will serve as a client-facing practitioner responsible for selling leading and implementing expert services using the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful SAP Specialist is considered by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions for solving the most challenging business problems.

You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy process technology and information to enhance effectiveness reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills work across different disciplines take on new challenges and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Knowledge and experience in implementation planning fit analysis configuration testing rollout and post-implementation support.
• Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in ETL process/design source-target mapping reviewing writing tuning complex BODS ETL code and in reviewing writing and debugging tuning complex PL/SQL & SQL code.
• Experience working on data integration projects with SAP and knowledge of database tables and relationships in SAP and Understanding of relational data models.
• Worked with SAP ECC CRM and BW Extractors in BODS and must have done Custom ABAP code generation.
• Develops/Maintains/Supports new and existing data flows from multiple source systems and business rules and process around data cleansing consolidation and validation etc. Develops/Maintains/Supports .
• Assists in the design and creation of logical and physical data models for reporting databases.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Works with Reporting team and data integration team to define and develop user data requirements.
• Integrates collaborates and leads projects working hand in hand with Business Analysts Data Warehouse team and DBA and the infrastructure team and works with functional team to assist in the preparation of source to target data maps.
• Assists in gathering/reviewing business requirements partnering with business analysts providing feedback on functional request feasibility and scope.
