In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Support as SAP FI Consultants/Analysts with tasks outlined below:
1. Provide SAP FI support for Serrala solutions (Credit Management Collections Dispute Management) in both project (see point 2) and support activities:· Support activities: Evaluate new requirements from live countries
· Customizing of new requirements
· Testing and deployment in production environment
· Work in product team setup with Service Owner and Product Owner and closely collaborate with designated Serrala support analyst
2. Participate in all FIN-FSCM-CR S4 HANA and Serrala project activities to support the completion on time of:
· Customizing
· Data Migration
· Testing incl. data validation and relevant testing scenarios) and preparation of cutover activities
· Creation of training material for FIN-FSCM-CR processes and Serrala solutions
· Go-live support
· Hypercare3. Potentially support future Serrala rollout in upcoming Waves supporting the “Factory approach”Required Skills and Qualifications:
· S4 HANA migration and SAP implementation experience
· S4 Finance experience ideally complemented with S4 Credit Management Collection and Dispute Management experience (FIN FSCM CR)
· Self-starter with strong analytical skills
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
· Teamplayer
· Adaptability to learn new sap add-in solutions (Serrala integrated Accounts Receivable Suite)
