Job Description

TWO ROLES with multiple oppenings

1) SAP ERP GFEBS On-Site Support Specialist (need 5);

• Provide OSS, Over the Shoulder, Help Desk, Techncial Support, Troubleshooting user issues post-Go-Live in a a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct ad-hoc training sessions to enhance end-users' understanding of the system and related processes.
• Offer support through various communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams calls, to ensure the deployed community's needs are met.
• Resolve end-user problems and incidents, ensuring that trouble tickets are escalated when necessary for timely and efficient resolution.
• MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING TRAVEL LOCATIONS AND DURRATIONS; 
• Wave 1 (Florida, Ohio, Texas, Germany), rotate to Wave 2 after 120 day to 
• Wave 2 (Germany, Nebraska, Illinois, Oklahoma, Texas) rotate to Wave 3 after 120 day to 
• Wave 3 (Japan, California, Colorado, Texas)

2) SAP FUNCTIONAL DEPLOYMENT CONSULTANT (20% travel, need 2):

• Report to Functional Deployment Lead, assist various deployment-related tasks, manage deliverables with IMS (Integrated Master Schedule), and handling ad hoc assignments.
• Develop and execute Work Plan, ensurine alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Manage multiple deployment tasks simultaneously, ensurie coordination with leads and analysts to stay on schedule.
• Gather site-specific data, address emerging deployment requirements, and supporting functional SMEs prepare system for go-live.
• Drive system-related deployment activities to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the deployment plan are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Actively participate in Roadshows, delivering developed material to key stakeholders and end-users.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum 3 years’ recent hands on SAP GFEBS experience with the above listed skills, on/in a US Federal Government DoD systems envirnment.
• Available for REQUIRED TRAVEL identified in job description.
• REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA STEM Degree or Related Fields.
• REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Active Secret.
