SAP HR Analyst

Role: SAP HR Analyst
Location: Tampa, FL (2 days remote)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Rate: $38/hr. to $40.81/hr.
Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day problem resolution, business support, small enhancement work and project development work for SAP HR functionalities.
• Possible modules include Payroll, Time, OM/PA, Compensation, Training, etc.
• Provide system break fixes and system consultancy to HR users according to priorities set or work assigned by the team lead.
• Develop functional specifications for custom ABAPS (reports, enhancements or interfaces) and configure the system software including testing.
• Responsibilities also include SAP Web application.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with payroll tax processes, including multi-state payroll tax calculations.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Payroll functionalities.
• Ability to assist with payroll transformation efforts, including performing parallel testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for payroll-related tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide effective support.
