SAP HR Comp & Payroll Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Serving as a subject matter expert to guide technology strategy for SAP HR & SAP Payroll Integrations.
• Developing and executing architectural strategy for design and implementation creating and documenting High-Level Solution Designs and working with Solution Delivery leads to identify software options impacts and recommendations
• Preparing and maintaining architecture diagrams and data models
• Working with business teams and technical analysts to understand business requirements
• Serving as a technical resource for business teams to help define estimate and recommend optimized solutions
• Defining and advocating software architecture standards and best practices
• Reviewing and signing off on technical designs
• Working with development infrastructure test and products.
