SAP Retail Solution Architect

Location:New York Metro Area Role Type:Permanent / Full-Time Salary:$150k – $170k Position Overview We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead ERP solution design and delivery for fashion/retail industry clients, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Fashion (Public or Private Cloud). This role blends business process expertise with technical leadership to ensure successful, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement ERP solutions, aligning with client goals and industry best practices. Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses and solution presentations. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess risks, define deployment strategies, and review functional specifications. Oversee cross-functional teams through all phases of implementation. Ensure integration across systems and identify areas for process improvement. Qualifications 10+ years of SAP implementation experience, including SAP AFS, SAP Retail (ECC, FMS), and S/4HANA Fashion. Strong pre-sales, blueprinting, Fit-to-Standard, and integration experience. Deep business knowledge of fashion/retail processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
