SAP S/4 HANA Senior Solution Architect

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP S/4 HANA Senior Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering SAP S/4 HANA solutions that meet the business needs of our clients. The Senior Solution Architect will work closely with clients project managers and technical teams to design develop and implement SAP S/4 HANA solutions that are scalable secure and integrated with the client’s existing systems.

SAP Solution Architect creates SAP product roadmap and defines the strategic vision for their team driven by the overall vision using the best practice SAP and industry solution. They have a deep understanding of the target market/industry and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with overall strategy.
Responsibilities are:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and develop solution architectures that meet their needs.
• Lead and mentor junior team members in the design development and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams design documents and testing plans.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that solutions are delivered on time within budget and meet the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions are properly integrated with the client’s existing systems and infrastructure.
• Conduct gap analyses and provide recommendations for solution customization configuration and integration.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with solution implementation.
• Develop and implement testing plans to ensure that solutions meet the required functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to provide training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SAP S/4 HANA and related technologies.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for SAP S/4 HANA solution delivery.
• Participate in sales and pursuit activities including the development of proposals and proof-of-concept demonstrations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience as a SAP and SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect or a related role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA architecture components and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate.
• Strong technical skills in areas such as ABAP.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure and Google Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to travel (domestic and international).

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field is an added advantage
• SAP Certification in S/4 HANA or a related area.
• Experience with other SAP products such as SAP ERP SAP CRM and SAP SCM.
• Knowledge of industry-specific solutions such as SAP IS Retail SAP IS Utilities and SAP IS Oil and Gas.
• Experience with SAP HANA migration and upgrade projects.
• Familia SAP and other emerging technologies.
