Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced SAP payroll consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP payroll processes with a focus on Singapore payroll.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement SAP payroll processes in Singapore ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Configure and customize SAP payroll modules to meet specific business needs using best practices and industry standards.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows system configurations and user guides.
5. Provide training and support to end-users on the use of SAP for payroll processing.
6. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
7. Stay updated with the latest SAP payroll features updates and best practices.
8. Contribute to the development of new processes and tools to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience as an SAP payroll consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Singapore payroll.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP payroll processes Singapore payroll regulations and local tax laws.
4. Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Experience with SAP ERP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules in S/4HANA.
7. Certification in SAP Payroll is a plus.
8. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
