SAP Test Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Test Lead to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the testing activities for our critical SAP transformation program, Xcelerate. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, overseeing various testing phases (unit, system, integration, end-to-end, and UAT), and collaborating with external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for the SAP Xcelerate program, encompassing SAP S/4HANA, Relex, and Akeneo.
• Lead and manage all testing activities, including unit, system, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and external partners, to ensure effective testing coordination and execution.
• Identify and manage testing risks, issues, and defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Track and report on test progress, metrics, and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the testing team.
• Foster a collaborative and productive testing environment.

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science
• Minimum 6-7 years of SAP Experience with proven experience as an SAP Test Lead or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of SAP testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience leading testing efforts for large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Expertise in testing SAP S/4HANA, Relex, and Akeneo solutions.
• Experience managing testing activities with external partners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in SAP testing or quality assurance.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools and techniques.
