SAP Testing Automation Lead

Infosys is seeking a SAP Test Automation Lead,

As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• Location for this position is Austin,TX
• At least 4 years of working experience in SAP Test Automation
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in developing SAP test automation strategy and managing automation program.
• Impact of automation on system performance.
• Experience of work soft and selenium is must have. Test automation execution planning experience.
• Proven ability in designing and creating automation frameworks using Worksoft
• Certify, Tosca, QTP and worked on Devops tools like Jenkins.
• Experience of Creating, Modifying and Maintaining new and existing Automation Framework Models (Data Driven Frameworks, Hybrid Frameworks) and write scripts in Work soft Certify
• Excellent knowledge and implementation skills in complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Analyzing the business requirements, design documents for completeness and testability.
• Should have large project implementation end-to-end experience covering program management, governance, solution architecture with standard & custom applications and business solutions.
• Lead all aspects of the delivery management including software engineering process for multiple products, ECC /S4 HANA

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
