CACI is seeking an exceptional SAS Developer with demonstrated experience. This candidate will be part of a development team and ensure changes to existing products and new product development are implement as required. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Manage the SAS Configuration on each server
  • Develop and improve existing reports and data interfaces using SAS
  • Maintain/modify SAS program and/or configuration file changes based on documented requirements
  • Convert existing SAS code into high quality SAS code that is efficient (fast), automated, maintainable, and follows industry best practices.
  • Work with project teams to maintain and enhance source SAS code and process flows
  • Proactively annotate SAS code
  • Manages connectivity to data sources
  • Perform ad-hoc SAS coding enhancements on current analytics products with little to no direction
  • Follow the production team's standards and best practices for coding, testing, and documentation
  • Establish and maintain metadata folders, structures, and repositories
  • Actively monitors server activities, system availability/status, and administer logging

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain a NACI clearance.
  • SAS Certified
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent plus a minimum five years of related work experience.
  • Advanced Base SAS, SAS Enterprise Guide, Excel, and SQL skills required
  • Experience with performance tuning SAS servers, troubleshooting, and automation of SAS jobs and code
  • Knowledgeable of best practices using SAS (enterprise guide, stored processes, information maps, and web reports studio).
  • Experience or ability to work as part of the production team to maintain analytics products in SAS, perform enhancements, and monitor for any potential issues.
  • Strong experience with installation, configuration, and administration of SAS 9.3 or higher.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a Cloud environment a plus.
  • SAS Viya experience

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,300-$146,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
