Sauna Installer / Finish Carpenter

If you havehandyman skills, carpentry experience, and a passion for quality craftsmanship, this is the perfect role for you! Responsibilities: • Assemble and install prefabricated sauna kits, ensuring structural integrity and proper function. • Construct and install larger sauna kitsthat require basic to advanced carpentry, including cutting materials to size and ensuring a perfect fit. • Build custom sauna installations, requiring finish carpentry skills, including: • Measuring and cutting wood panels to length • Using power tools like miter saws, finish nailers, drills, and other carpentry tools • Installing benches and sauna accessories • Ensureproper ventilation, electrical connections (coordinating with electricians as needed), and waterproofing. • Followmanufacturer guidelinesand best practices for high-quality, durable installations. • Communicate with customerson-siteto ensure satisfaction and answer any questions about their sauna. • Travel toinstallation sitesas required. Requirements: ✅Handyman experience required(comfortable with tools and general construction). ✅Carpentry experience preferred, especially finish carpentry skills. ✅ Ability tocut boards to precise measurementsand work with natural wood materials. ✅ Experience usingmiter saws, finish nailers, drills, and other tools. ✅ Ability toread and follow technical installation manuals. ✅ Strongproblem-solving skills—every installation site is different! ✅ Comfortable working insmall spaces and outdoor conditions. ✅ Ability tolift and maneuver heavy materials(sauna panels, lumber, heaters, etc.). ✅ Validdriver’s licenseand ability to travel to installation sites. Preferred Qualifications: ⭐ Experience insauna, spa, or steam room installationis a huge plus. ⭐ Knowledge ofventilation and heat managementfor enclosed spaces. ⭐ Familiarity withbasic electrical connections(coordinating with electricians when needed). ⭐ Ability to work independently and with a team on larger projects.
