Scenic Carpenter Needed in Scottsdale, AZ Scenic Carpenter – Event and Theatrical Build (Temporary Full-Time thru Feb. 2026) Location: North Scottsdale, AZ About Us: We are a production company that builds high-end scenic environments for some large-scale events. We are looking for two skilled Scenic Carpenters to join our shop team in North Scottsdale through February 2026. What You’ll Do: - Build custom scenic elements, stage sets, and event structures from drawings and shop sketches - Work with wood, MDF, laminates, and occasional metal fabrication - Handle both large structures and fine detail/finish carpentry - Collaborate with a small, experienced team of scenic pros Who You Are: - Strong background in finish carpentry / trim carpentry (scenic experience a huge plus) - Able to read build drawings and work with precision - Detail-oriented with a problem-solver mindset - Comfortable working on tight deadlines in a fast-paced shop - Positive team player - Ability to travel if needed, have reliable transportation, work outside normal hours (extended hours, nights, weekends, holidays) Details: - Temporary Full-Time: September 2025 – February 2026 - Shop located in Scottsdale, AZ - Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($30–$40/hr) - Fun, creative, fast-moving environment with major event exposure - Possible opportunity to travel to jobsite(s) Apply today by emailing us with your resume or short work history and any photos/portfolio of past projects and please include a phone number we can reach you at.
