Job Title: Scheduler (Project Support)

Work timings: US Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)

Job Location: Chennai, India

What You Will Do

The Scheduler will assist internal and external resources in the coordination and maintenance of projects; which includes supporting consultants, project managers, customers, and third-party vendors. Responsible for the maintenance of project related data. Works with Resource Manager and Project Managers to collect key project data and ensure our system of record is kept current and accurate. Assists in maintaining internal communication tools (i.e., Google Sites and Google Drive). Performs miscellaneous other duties as assigned.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
  • University degree in business or other relevant discipline plus a minimum of 1 year of experience coordinating projects or project management support roles.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Must be able to consistently perform assigned work within established deadlines.
  • Must be able to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete deadline-driven assignments/projects and accommodate urgent requests as necessary.
  • Ability to handle stress and remain productive under pressure and deadlines while efficiently managing time, resources, and priorities.
What Skills & Experience You Could Bring(Good To have)
  • Prior experience in a consulting and professional services environment.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and terminology.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry.
  • Technical oriented mindset; comfortable learning new technologies.
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Mail/Calendar, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with a PSA or similar preferred (Kantata, NetSuite, etc.)
About Your Location

This is an in-office position, reporting to Trimble's Chennai, India location. This position may require occasional travel (no more than 10%). Travel requirements may vary. The successful candidate will be willing and able to meet travel requirements.
