Description and Requirements
TELUS Digital is currently looking for a Scheduler to participate in a fun and exciting NEW Data Collection Study in Paris.
🔎Your task:
The Scheduler will coordinate participant schedules for an onsite study. Responsibilities include arranging and confirming recording sessions, guiding participants how and when to arrive for their session, sending reminders, finding replacements as needed, and supporting the production team with logistical needs.
Project details:
- Project dates : February 10, 2025 to April 30, 2025 (Date is subject to change)
- Project duration: ~ 11 weeks
- Required Availability: 20 - 40 hours per week
- Work style: Remote (WFH)

Project Compensation: Please confirm your expectations during the application process.
Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Have the right to work in France
- Have a freelancer status in France
- Advanced English level B2 (Communicational skills are necessary)
- Native level in French (other languages are a plus)
- Must have scheduling experience
- Knowledge to guide participants to the project sites in Paris, including providing directions and recommending the best routes.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel
