Overview: Join our dynamic team as an SCM Planning & Performance Analytics Support Specialist. This role is crucial in providing essential coverage during periods of heavy workload or staff absences. You will support all core functions, ensuring continuity and delivering high-quality analytics and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and lists to ensure seamless information flow. • Create and maintain Power Automate forms and workflows, resolving issues as they arise. • Update, maintain, and develop Power BI dashboards to provide insightful data visualization. • Support the development and reporting of KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. • Assist in analyzing performance against external benchmarks and prepare concise, actionable reports. • Provide flexible, cross-functional support and maintain clear documentation for task continuity. • Support ad-hoc analytics reporting needs as requested by SCM leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in SharePoint Online, including site and list management. • Ability to build and maintain Power Automate workflows. • Experience with Power BI dashboarding and data modeling. • Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI management. • Familiarity with performance benchmarking. • Excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational skills. Deliverables: • Create and maintain SharePoint sites and lists. • Develop and maintain Power Automate forms and workflows. • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and documentation. • Develop and maintain KPI and benchmarking reports. • Provide ad-hoc reporting as required. Reporting: • This role reports to the Supervisor, SCM Planning & Performance Analytics.
