Job Description

We are looking for a junior level candidate to join and contribute to our growing Operations Team.

Your Purpose:

As a Screening Operations Specialist at Wise, your role is to identify operational gaps, plan out ways to mitigate or resolve them, and articulate the impact, reach, and effort it takes to execute a project from start to finish.

This includes areas such as resourcing, culture, compliance, customer experience, quality and training.

The subject role will be in the Screening Project team, which is responsible for documentation, continuous improvement, cross-team communication, stakeholder management, and acts as a subject-matter expert in various areas that has an impact on the Screening operational teams.

How You’ll Contribute to the Team:

• Identify areas for improvement within the Screening Operations function.
• Develop your analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Gain hands-on experience in screening and become increasingly independent as you progress.
• Take ownership of operational tasks that align with your strengths.
• Actively monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent performance.
• Investigate performance irregularities and drive solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with Operations, Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain precise and well-organized documentation.
• Become a subject matter expert in tooling, processes, and cross-team collaboration.

• You can take ownership and responsibility while being a great team player.
• You have a good understanding of data analysis, drawing conclusions, and articulating how to improve metrics.
• You're able to work collaboratively across different cultures, geographies, and disciplines.
• You are eager to develop project management and organizational skills.
• You are eligible to work in Estonia - we don't offer visa or relocation support for this role.

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

• Knowledge in Screening or Fincrime
• Additional language skills
