Scrum Master

Mission

• Lead the end-to-end project management of different connected offers, covering networks products and sensors etc., ensure alignment with business objective, timelines, and budgets.

• Fully responsible for the project team set up, collaborate with cross-functional team including hardware/system R&D, marketing, supply chain etc., drive executions in an efficient way to secure the new offer launch.

• Lead both internal and external project team, make it clear for all the team about the project targets, proactively identify the risks and work with project team to take actions to prevent the risks and resolve the issues.

• Drive the continuous improvement of execution among different functions and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the project team.

• Create the clear visibility for the project status during the development, and regular update to the stakeholders about the project progress.

Organization and Base

• This role will report to Strategic Program leader, Supply chain, Home and Distribution

• based in Schneider Electric Shenzhen office.

资格

Requirements

• Bachelor or above degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, PMP/Agile certification is a plus.

• 5-10 years experiences in project management, with proven new offers launch.

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, including concept ideation, design, testing, and launch.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Experience in smart home offers development is preferred, especially the data networks products.

• Good communication skills and good command of written and spoken English.
