Your Responsibilities
- Guide and coach the Teams on Agile/Scrum practices and principles
- Collaborate with development Teams, Leadership, and Product Owners to deliver quality software products on time and within budget
- Facilitate Agile processes including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demos and retrospectives
- Remove impediments and coach the team on removing impediments
- Shield the Teams from external interruptions in collaboration with the Architect and Product Manager
- Provide regular reports on project status, sprint burndown measurement and progress towards sprint goals
- Hold key contributors accountable through accurate tracking, measurement of open tasks and required project activities
- Ensure transparency and visibility around the product’s road map progress
- Encourage collaboration and proactively seek opportunities to improve collaboration between cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of scalable scrum frameworks is considered a plus (e.g. SAFE)
Your Profile
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- +3 years working experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar position
- Experience with project/issue tracking tools such as Azure DevOps
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
- Ability to drive software deliverables from concept to delivery
- Excellent analytical skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- PMP/Prince2 and/or CSM certification is a plus
- Fluency in English, German and French is considered as an asset
