Position Summary
The Scrum Master helps oversee the scrum and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development activities. Knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrum, able to educate others. Act as a liaison between the scrum team, RPA and Business Process Improvement (BPI), and product/business owners to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
What You'll Do
Scrum Support:

• Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions
• Training and mentoring scrum teams to follow agile methodologies
• Help the product owner and development team achieve customer satisfaction
• Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks and action items
• Resolve impediments and ensure use of collaborative processes
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed
• Assist with RPA initiative intake, initiation and planning processes
• Develop initiative estimations and communicate project risks and issues
• Track project processes and deliverables, preparing and presenting status reports

Continuous Improvement:

• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Work with Enterprise Business Process Improvement to identify process improvement automated solutions
• Look for opportunities to enhance best practices, recommending changes and improvements
• Optimizing standards, templates, and processes for the team
• Develop and maintain a good rapport with all business partners and IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 0-3 years of Scrum Master experience with working knowledge of agile methodology
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in related fields (e.g. project management, program management, etc.) with excellent people and project management skills
• Basic effective data visualization and storytelling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and organizational skills: Works independently, self-motivated and prioritizes and plans work
