Must be able to work in-office in our Lehi, Utah office.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in campus recruitment activities, and proactively seek out potential candidates
- Ensure the SDRs are properly equipped with the highest priority account lists to call
- Ensure SDRs fully utilizes the tech stack in an effective and efficient manner. (Outreach, SFDC, Gong, Databased)
- Drive pipeline generation activities across the SDR organization, and work closely with Marketing leaders to ensure SDR processes are streamlined for pipeline efficiency.
- Provide call-coaching
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or Computer science preferred
- 1+ years of Sales experience as an SDR
- 6 months-1+ years of experience as a Leader
- Clear communications skills, both verbal and written, with incredible attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership, prioritize, and complete tasks very quickly.
