Security Business Coordinator

CO Salary Range: USD 20.72 - 29.61 per hour

Department Summary

Our Facilities team oversees the offices we call home. They ensure our teams can connect, collaborate and innovate in a space built to support their success. From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company's well-oiled onsite operation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, review, and audit invoices between the physical security vendor, accounts payable, and security team
• Edit, input, and oversee database of employee vehicle information
• Help fulfill administrative functions with the third party vendors
• Work with vendors as needed with security projects
• Ensure Purchase Orders are submitted correctly, tracked, and approved
• Liaison between security vendors and Security teams to ensure visitor database is current and all visitation procedures are followed
• Ensure large Corp events are covered correctly with additional security personnel as needed
• Coordinate acquiring badge access information and security camera footage as needed for investigations
• Support Facilities Management Team as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills, Experience and Requirements

A successful Security Coordinator will have the following:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of related experience in the security field
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work well with staff at all levels
• Ability to adapt to a very fast paced environment while maintaining a high standard of excellence
• Proficient Google suite skills, including: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Slides
• Extremely organized and detail oriented

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $20.72/Hour - $29.61/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
