This role involvesCCTV monitoring,radio communication, andemergency dispatch coordination, making it ideal for individuals with strong multitasking and communication skills. Job Responsibilities: • Monitor and operateCCTV surveillance systemsto observe and record security footage. • Useradio, phone, and computer systemsto receive and relay critical information. • Dispatch security officers and coordinate with emergency services as needed. • Handleincoming emergency and non-emergency callsfrom officers, the public, and external agencies. • Communicate with upset, distressed, intoxicated, or vulnerable individuals professionally and effectively. • Provide accurate and timely information to field units and external agencies. • Document all activities and shift communications accurately. • Brief incoming dispatchers at shift change to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: • Valid California Guard Card(Required) • Typing speed of 35+ WPM(Required) • 1+ year of CCTV monitoring or dispatch experience(Preferred) • Strong verbal communication skills • Ability to remain calm and professional during high-stress situations • Must be able to work onsite inSan Diego, CA Preferred Experience: • Prior work insecurity dispatch,call centers,emergency response, orlaw enforcement • Familiarity withCCTV systems,dispatch software, orradio communication protocols Why Work for Inter-Con Security Systems?
