Security Guard 12am-8am

Northbrook Behavioral Health Hospital is looking for a Full-Time Security Guard for 12am-8am Friday-Tuesaday (Wednesday & Thursday OFF DAYS) to join our team of professionals. Responsibilities: • Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems • Enforce property rules and regulations to prevent unauthorized access • Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances • Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner • Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks or hazards • Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of any security-related incidents Experience: • Previous experience in a security-related role is preferred • Experience working overnight hours is preferred • Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment • Knowledge of conflict management techniques and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally • Understanding of law enforcement procedures and protocols • Experience in surveillance Job Type: Part-Time Salary: $19.00 per hour to start Expected hours: 40 hours per week
