Requirements: • Must have a valid and current Security License • Must be 18 years or older • Reliable transportation • Strong communication and observation skills • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-energy settings • Flexible schedule – evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required • Experience in crowd management or recreational environments is a plus Key Responsibilities: • Monitor entrances, exits, and skate floor areas to ensure guest safety • Enforce rink policies and handle rule violations tactfully • Respond to disturbances or emergencies quickly and appropriately • Assist with crowd control during busy sessions, parties, or events • Maintain a family-friendly atmosphere by engaging respectfully with children, teens, and adults • Complete incident reports as needed What We Offer: • Competitive hourly pay • Flexible hours • Fun, energetic work environment • Growth opportunities within our team • Uniform provided Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule Shift availability: • Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Philadelphia, PA 19116 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Philadelphia, PA 19116: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
