Security Guard

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and construction job sites. Security professionals with a clean driver's abstract will be compensated more. A day-to-day would be meeting up with our chasing team and then helping them sign and meet clients by blocking other competitors. Our Company We are a construction company that specializes in home restoration. Our team has successfully met clients in NY/NJ/CT. Our company vehicle helps keep the team together to show strength and unity. We are seeking another team member who can provide security when there is competition and collaborate with local law enforcement and the fire department. Duties • Respond promptly to team alerts and messages, • Assisting the signing team by blocking competitors or guarding company van with materials. • Collaborate with law enforcement or fire department when necessary, providing support during investigations or emergencies. • Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict resolution skills to de-escalate tense situations. Qualifications • Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred. • No experience is fine too if you have a strong personality and can keep the competition at bay.
