Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Security. As the Head of Security, you will be responsible for overseeing all security operations and ensuring the safety and protection of our organization. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols - Manage and supervise a team of security personnel - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities - Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to ensure effective coverage - Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed - Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches - Develop and deliver training programs on security awareness for employees - Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and implement preventive measures - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to security Skills: - Strong knowledge of CPR, first aid, and other emergency response procedures - Previous experience in law enforcement or military is preferred - Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and strategies - Proficient in surveillance systems and CCTV operation - Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively - Possess relevant certifications in security management or related fields We offer competitive compensation packages based on qualifications and experience.
